  • Ingredients:
    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 1/2 cup Valbreso cheese, crumbled
    • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • Zest of 1 lemon
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Instructions:
    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • In a small skillet, sauté spinach with garlic until wilted, then remove from heat and mix in the Valbreso cheese and lemon zest.
    • Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese and spinach mixture. Secure with toothpicks.
    • Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then sear each side in a hot skillet with olive oil until golden.
    • Transfer to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, until cooked through.
Serve this stuffed chicken with a side of roasted vegetables or a simple salad for a complete meal.
