Traeger signature rub
1 cup beef broth
Hardwood pellets (oak or hickory)
Instructions

Season
: Generously rub the brisket with Traeger rub and let it sit for at least an hour.
Smoke
: Set Traeger to 225°F and place the brisket on the grill. Smoke for 6-8 hours, or until the internal temperature hits 160°F.
Wrap
: Wrap in butcher paper, increase temp to 275°F, and cook until the internal temperature reaches 200°F.
