    • Traeger pork rub
    • 1/2 cup apple juice
    • BBQ sauce
  • Instructions:
    • Prepare Ribs: Remove membrane, coat with rub, and smoke at 180°F for 3 hours.
    • Wrap: Wrap with apple juice, increase to 225°F, and cook for 2 hours.
    • Finish with Sauce: Unwrap, glaze with BBQ sauce, and cook for 1 more hour.
  • Tips:
    • Spritz Hourly: Keep ribs moist by spritzing with apple juice during the initial 3 hours of smoking.
