Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shaved steak
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. Marinate shaved steak in soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Push vegetables to the side and add the marinated steak. Cook for 3 minutes or until no longer pink.
  4. Mix everything together and serve over rice or noodles.
