Ingredients:
1 lb shaved steak
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
2 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions:
Marinate shaved steak in soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for 10 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Push vegetables to the side and add the marinated steak. Cook for 3 minutes or until no longer pink.
Mix everything together and serve over rice or noodles.

: A splash of rice vinegar or sesame seeds can add an extra burst of flavor.
