Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture in the center.
Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
Step 3: Fry the Xangos
Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet to 350°F. Carefully place the rolled tortillas into the hot oil, frying for about 1–2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Remove from the oil and place on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Step 4: Coat and Serve
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish. Roll the fried xangos in the mixture while still warm.
