    • 1 lb elbow pasta
    • 2 cups cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup smoked gouda
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
    • Traeger rub
  • Instructions:
    • Prepare Cheese Sauce: Mix cream, cheddar, gouda, then combine with cooked pasta.
    • Add Topping: Sprinkle panko and Traeger rub.
    • Smoke: Set Traeger to 225°F, smoke mac and cheese for 30-40 minutes.
  • Tips:
    • Use Mild Pellets: Cherry or apple adds flavor without overpowering the cheese.
